Pimple, pimple, pimple! Oh my god! Run, scream, scrub, hop, nudge, poke and stop! Any changes? Oh yeah, it grew bigger and uglier.
Well that’s every teen’s story. But worry not. Grandmother’s words still fly in the air. There exist treatments you can perform at home for curing these disasters.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Get yourself some apple cider vinegar. Mix it in the ratio 3parts water and 1 part apple cider vinegar and dab cotton with it. Apply on your scars and pimples. Wash it after 10 minutes. Don’t avoid moisturizer as the vinegar has drying capabilities. Do this several times in the day and definitely you’ll find a change.
Before bedtime, dab a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice, not the bottled one, and apply it gently on your pimple. This citric acid will help your pimple dry up faster. If your skin is not that sensitive, just mix some cinnamon powder with lemon and apply it on your pimple overnight. Wash your face the next morning! Note, it’s only for people with non sensitive skin.
The Clay Mask
Take some cosmetic clay with water and create a mask, adding lavender or tea tree oil in it. Put it on the crimp of your life and rinse it off the next morning. This, for sure, would put the beastly pimple in its right place.
Slice raw potato into half and apply it on your acne. This will help a lot! Acting as an anti – inflamer, it’s helpful. After your application is over, just wash off the left over off your skin with water.
The Papaya !
Papaya paste is a magic on pimples. Make a paste of the fleshy part of papaya and apply it on your rinsed face. Leave it for 10-20 minutes before washing it off. Do this on a daily basis for a week. Also, feel free to use a moisturizer if you feel your skin gets dry after the wash.
An antiviral and an antiseptic – garlic – also acts like an antifungal agent that can treat pimples effectively. It has sulfur, which demoralizes pimples, literally speaking. This antioxidant can be cut in two pieces and rubbed on the pimple. After five minutes, washing off the spot and repeating it several times is effective. Eating raw garlic is helpful too. But be careful, it can be harmful for your stomach!
Avoid undiluted oils
Do not rub undiluted essential oils over your skin – it’s harmfully disastrous. Lavender and teat tree extracts are acceptable on unduly large pimples, but otherwise – oils are a no-no!
Honey and strawberries
No, this is not a dessert I’m speaking of. Just take three strawberries and rinse them. Then mash them up without eating them and mix the mashed stuff with two teaspoons of honey. Apply the pack on your face for 20 minutes (be positive that your face is clean) and rinse it off after the mentioned time period. Continue the procedure for about a month, at least once a week. Lo and behold, where did the pimple go?
So have fun with these biological, non cosmetic tips on getting rid of acne – the brute of ugliness!
Stay Blessed! Love you all ❤
